Italy IT Operations Internship | Milan | 6 monthsWe work to maintain and constantly improve our technological landscape for our Shops & HQ.
Moreover, we are going to transform our internal IT processes, including new digital instruments and tools to be more efficients and guarantee high quality of IT servicesWith the aim to achieve this goal, for our Office in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our Italy IT Operations team, reporting to the Italy IT Operation Manager.
The candidate will support controls and governances related the whole Italy IT infrastructureDoes the opportunity sound interesting to you? You'll be in charge of:
- Crossfunctional collaboration with the Global IT Operations team on activities and projects affecting the local IT Infrastructure
- KPI oriented approach to measure all IT infrastructure efficiency and ensure shops operations
- Ensure and address escalation processes reducing Shops downtime
- Drive Root Cause Analysis post restoration of service
- Ensure periodic processes update and procedures as necessary
- Support the execution of Operations projects adopting an Agile approach
- Create and manage complex assets plans, both for renewal and growth of our Shops; monitoring the lead times
- Suppliers' management
- Are graduating or have recently graduated in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
- Speak English fluently
- Are able to go deep in the data to extract significant information than can drive the team and make the difference
- Possess strong analytical skills
- Have a natural inclination to solve problems and able to handle complexity
- Are able to manage multiple activities and to set priorities
- Have a proactive attitude with the ability to work autonomously as well as with a team
- 6 months internship in our Global Headquarters located in Via Vezza d'Oglio Competitive monthly reimbursement.
- Full time experience, Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (light flexibility can be agreed internally with the team you'll be working with).
