Analisi delle modalità di applicazione di una soluzione di sicurezza centralizzata o identificazione di una nuova soluzione di massima in grado di rispondere ai requisiti funzionali. Tale attività prevede la valutazione degli impatti (tecnici e processivi) sulle componenti funzionali coinvolte, dell'effort realizzativo (tempi e costi), delle modalità di attivazione della soluzione e delle eventuali procedure di migrazione.
