Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Service Administration che, riportando al Field Service Coordinator, si occuperà di supportare il team tecnico in diverse attività.

PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITA':

* Gestione del magazzino ricambi, assicurando la corretta movimentazione e stoccaggio delle merci;

* Aggiornamento costante dei libri macchina per il mantenimento dello storico;

* Collaborazione con il top management della clientela per organizzare il lavoro e rispondere ad eventuali richieste specifiche;

* Verifica della corretta compilazione della reportistica della manutenzione da parte del personale tecnico;

* Inserimento della reportistica nel portale aziendale per il coordinamento con le altre funzioni aziendali;

* Supporto nella verifica della correttezza delle distinte basi di magazzino;

* Supporto nella tempestiva pianificazione delle attività presso i clienti.

COMPETENZE E CARATTERISTICHE RICHIESTE:

* Conoscenza fluente nella lingua italiana;

* Conoscenza almeno al livello B1 della lingua inglese;

* Conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft

* Diploma di scuola superiore;

* Preferibile pregressa esperienza nel settore portuale.
