Di cosa si occupa l'ufficio Competence Center della Human Capital della BNL?

Il Competence Center è una struttura nata nel 2023 che ha l'obiettivo di favorire l'accompagnamento e la valorizzazione delle esperienze professionali e delle skills delle colleghe e dei colleghi verso nuovi ruoli, in tempi "protetti", offrendo un percorso formativo e professionale chiaro e definito, accrescendo l'impiegabilità nel medio-lungo periodo.

Cosa farai concretamente?

Come Associate Competence Center ti occuperai di supportare il team nella:

· costruzione del bacino di accesso all'academy aziendale in linea con le esigenze di organico del business.

· costruzione di percorsi professionali individuali e di come customizzarli in base alle esigenze formative richieste dal ruolo di atterraggio

· organizzazione e gestione degli incontri tra formazione, team Competence Center e colleghi nel percorso formativo

· analisi degli indicatori di soddisfazione della formazione somministrata

Avrai l'opportunità di lavorare a stretto contatto con gli HR partners dell'organizzazione e con i colleghi di Learning & Development e in generale con tutta la Human Capital Unit, avrai quindi l'occasione di approfondire la conoscenza del mondo HR per quanto attiene la soddisfazione dei fabbisogni quali-quantitativi di competenze emergenti, in coerenza con lo strategic workforce planning, attraverso l'ottimizzazione delle leve di mobilità, recruting, upskilling e reskilling, in ottica integrata a livello Gruppo.

Il/la candidato/a ideale:

· È un/una giovane laureato/a con un brillante percorso di studi in materie scientifiche o umanistiche

· Ha buone capacità relazionali, serietà e senso di responsabilità verso l'azienda, spiccate doti di problem solver e buona capacità di resilienza, orientamento al risultato, capacità di lavorare in team con competenze trasversali, passione, entusiasmo e curiosità, proattività

· Ha una buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Outlook, Excel). Ha una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
