Per la nostra direzione tecnica danni, siamo alla ricerca di un/a attuario/a Pricing P&C. La persona, inserita nel team di Technical Pricing, avrà l'opportunità di contribuire attivamente all'intero processo di pricing. Le attività principali saranno: data preparation, ottimizzazione dei modelli tecnici esistenti, calcolo del technical pricing, fabbisogno tariffario, proposta e implementazione di modifiche tariffarie, nonché analisi di redditività della gamma prodotti esistente. Collaborerà con le funzioni di Sviluppo Offerta P&C per il lancio dei prodotti sulla rete agenziale e fornirà supporto tecnico attuariale ad altri uffici, come Offerta Auto/Retail, Marketing, Distribuzione e Sinistri.

Principali Responsabilità:
  • Sviluppo e ottimizzazione dell'intero processo di pricing tecnico
  • Ottimizzazione dei modelli tecnici per i prodotti P&C
  • Analisi di redditività
  • Proposte di modifiche tariffarie
  • Supporto tecnico attuariale ad altre funzioni aziendali
Requisiti Richiesti:
  • Laurea specialistica preferibilmente in Statistica, Scienze Attuariali, Ingegneria Matematica, Matematica, Economia o Ingegneria Gestionale
  • Almeno 3/5 anni di esperienza come attuario pricing danni (focus modelling)
  • Conoscenza di SAS, SQL, Emblem e/o Akur8, Radar
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolar modo di PowerPoint e Excel
  • Ottime doti comunicative/relazionali e sensibilità di business
  • Buon livello di inglese (sia scritto sia parlato)
