Main activities to be followed:

  • Support of improvement projects related to Batch Record review in Operations
  • Creation of STD work for Batch Record Review in Operations
  • Support the development of KPI for lead time review of new products.
  • Support the activities related to the Performance Management for Batch Record Review in Operations

Qualifications

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in scientific discipline (i.e. Chemistry, CTF or equivalent)
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong skills of ownership and accountability
  • Skilled in problem-solving and decision making.
  • Capacity to lead projects
  • Capability to easily connect with people and prepare smart proposals for project approaches.
  • Knowledge of MS Office software
