Descrizione

Selezionare strutture ricettive adeguate e valutarne la qualità per assicurare che rispondano agli standard della DMC.

Stabilire e negoziare contratti con hotel e altri fornitori di alloggi, assicurando tariffe competitive e condizioni vantaggiose.

Adattare le proposte di alloggio in base alle esigenze specifiche dei clienti, garantendo un'esperienza personalizzata.

Creare e mantenere relazioni strategiche con i partner alberghieri, promuovendo una collaborazione a lungo termine.

Monitorare le tendenze del mercato e le offerte della concorrenza per identificare opportunità di miglioramento e innovazione.

Assicurare la disponibilità delle camere per soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti della DMC, specialmente durante i periodi di alta domanda.

Collaborare con i team interni per allineare le strategie di alloggio con le esigenze aziendali.

Monitorare il feedback dei clienti e le recensioni per garantire un servizio di alta qualità e apportare miglioramenti ove necessario.

Gestire eventuali problematiche con i fornitori di alloggi in modo tempestivo ed efficace.

Profilo del Candidato

Pregressa esperienza nel ruolo cnel settore turistico o alberghiero.

Abilità avanzate di negoziazione e comunicazione.

Forte orientamento al cliente e capacità di comprendere le loro esigenze e aspettative.

Conoscenza approfondita del mercato turistico locale e internazionale.

Abilità nell'analizzare dati e tendenze di mercato.

Eccellenti capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo.

Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
