We offer a fixed term contract (maternity leave).
Key Accountabilities
• support the managing administrative employment process, granting compliance with legal requirements
• collecting, drafting and recording documentation concerning the whole employment relationship (employment contracts, relocations, changes in contractual conditions, etc.)
• managing enrolment of interns internships
• Managing personnel database software and electronic storage personnel files ensuring timely and effective updating of HR databases
• participating in drawing up policy and procedures on HR related matter
Education
Master's DegreeBachelor's Degree in Economics or LawQualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in similar roles
- Good knowledge of Office 365
- Good knowledge of English language
- Team working skills
- Detail oriented
- Knowledge of SuccessFactor Software would be a plus
