Scopo e Attività

Siamo alla ricerca di persone con competenze in ambito IT che integrino la Struttura di IT Performance all'interno di Group Technology.

La Struttura di IT Performance, nell'ambito della Governance IT, ha la mission di fornire alle Strutture di Group Technology processi e strumenti per la valutazione della produttività e delle performance correlate alle attività erogate.

La figura ricercata è un Workforce Capacity planner che collabori nel processo di allocazione strategica e operativa delle risorse umane sui progetti al fine di aiutare a determinare se l'organizzazione dispone internamente delle risorse e delle competenze IT per soddisfare la domanda riveniente dai business owner della Banca.

Più in dettaglio la risorsa, collocata all'interno di team dedicato, dovrà:

  • Presidiare, in collaborazione con HR, i dati di disponibilità e specificità della forza lavoro nelle singole Strutture IT
  • Valutare i piani strategici e operativi, gli obiettivi di costo e i requisiti di utilizzo della forza lavoro prospettati dai progetti da realizzare
  • Supportare il management, in fase di pianificazione strategica, nell'ottimizzare l'allocazione delle risorse interne sui progetti
  • Monitorare durante l'anno, l'evoluzione della workforce allocation, al fine di verificarne la dinamica e suggerire al management le correttive necessarie
  • Supportare la progettazione e l'implementazione di Strumenti e KPI che fungano da catalizzatori per il cambiamento, aiutando il management a prendere decisioni basate sui dati della forza lavoro
Esperienza Richiesta

Almeno 3 anni di esperienza su attività di Workforce allocation preferibilmente in ambiti IT.

Qualifiche Richieste, Skills e Competenze
  • Laurea o diploma specialistico ad indirizzo informatico-scientifico (matematica, fisica, ingegneria informatica)
  • Buona padronanza della lingua inglese
  • Ottima padronanza del pacchetto Office
  • Conoscenze di Strumenti di Planning e Capacity management
  • Ottima conoscenza dei processi IT e di produzione del software
