Il tirocinio si svolgerà nel Dipartimento Comunicazione, all'interno dell'area Digital della sede di Milano. La persona scelta farà parte integrante del team, partecipando pienamente alle sue attività e offrendo supporto a tutte le funzioni dell'Area Digital; inoltre, si rapporterà con molti altri Dipartimenti, per contribuire alle loro attività sui canali digitali.

COMPITI E RESPONSABILITÀ

Il/la Digital Communications Intern si occuperà di:

  • aggiornare il sito web, assicurare la coerenza dei contenuti e la loro adesione alle linee editoriali e stilistiche
  • gestire in prima istanza le attività di community management delle presenze online di EMERGENCY, occupandosi del monitoraggio delle interazioni, del primo livello di moderazione degli interventi degli utenti, della gestione dei processi di escalation e dell'aggiornamento dei Q&A;
  • monitorare la rete e la rassegna stampa e analizzare citazioni, sentiment e conversazioni riguardanti EMERGENCY producendo report a uso interno;
  • reperire e preparare i dati necessari per le analisi qualitative e quantitative delle attività dell'Area Digital;
  • reperire dati, materiali, informazioni e analisi per la realizzazione di contenuti;
  • gestire, insieme al resto del team Digital, la comunicazione online legata agli eventi dell'Organizzazione (promozione, comunicazione durante l'evento);
  • supportare la gestione editoriale delle presenze online di EMERGENCY (creazione di calendari editoriali da declinare sulle diverse piattaforme social e digital), anche durante eventi (sia online sia in presenza) dell'Organizzazione;
  • selezionare i contenuti, preparare e inviare la newsletter settimanale;
  • in generale, contribuire alle attività dell'Area Digital.

REQUISITI

  • Forte interesse per il mondo digital ;
  • conoscenza dei canali di comunicazione online e dei principali social network;
  • conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2 o superiore);
  • ottime capacità di scrittura;
  • conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
  • interesse per il mondo non-profit e adesione alla mission di EMERGENCY;
  • interesse e curiosità verso i trend e le novità in ambito digitale;
  • rispetto delle scadenze;
  • spirito proattivo;
  • capacità comunicative e di ascolto attivo;
  • adattabilità e flessibilità rispetto alle priorità via via definite.
