RINA is looking for a skilled IT Project Manager specializing in HR, ESG, and Compliance Projects to be part of the team in Genoa or Rome, Italy. This role will be part of the Corporate Global IT Operations Division.

Objectives

The chosen individual will be tasked with overseeing the digital transformation strategy related to HR, ESG, and compliance systems from a technical and developmental viewpoint.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and supervise IT projects end-to-end, ensuring they align with set scope, quality, and budget criteria
  • Coordinate with a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally, including clients, vendors, and senior management
  • Handle project risks, issues, and modifications, and implement suitable mitigation and contingency strategies
  • Implement best practices and methodologies for project management, data analysis, and financial reporting
  • Analyze data from diverse sources, draw insights, and offer recommendations to aid decision-making and issue resolution
Background

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer ScienceMaster's Degree in General Engineering

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT project manager, with a focus on HR, ESG, and compliance initiatives
  • Advanced understanding of HR tools and processes
  • Familiarity with compliance principles and concepts, such as risk management, audits, and specific regulations like GDPR and privacy laws
  • Proficiency in project management tools, particularly MS Project
  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks and data management
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
