Field Service Technician

In ottica di potenziamento del Team, siamo alla ricerca di un / a Field Service Technician per la Divisione Advanced Flow Meter del nostro stabilimento di Arcugnano (VI). La persona selezionata sarà responsabile della buona riuscita degli interventi assegnati (qualifica, avviamento, assistenza alle prove, collaudo) e sarà responsabile nel garantire il feedback dal campo / clienti, che saranno utilizzati per migliorare i prodotti e servizi.
Principali attività:- Esecuzione degli interventi service (qualifica, commissioning, riparazione, well testing) nel rispetto degli standard qualitativi richiesti e dei tempi programmati;
- Redazione dei rapporti di intervento, della redazione di rapporti di Non Conformità, di garantire i feedback provenienti dal campo su servizio e prodotto;
- Gestione dei rapporti con il cliente durante tutte le attività, compresa la formazione tecnica;
- Test di qualifica, sviluppo software e sua validazione;
- Manutenzione dei ricambi e delle attrezzature presenti a magazzino;
- Supporto tecnico post-messa in servizio (assistenza da remoto);
- Analisi dati provenienti dal campo sul funzionamento degli strumenti installati.
- Diploma ad indirizzo tecnico elettronico od elettrotecnico;
- Buona conoscenza della lettura del disegno meccanico ed elettrico;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata;
- Buone conoscenze informatiche (hardware e software), buona padronanza del pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel;
- Capacità di lavorare in team, affidabilità, rispetto e sincerità;
- Disponibilità a trasferte (anche di media durata, es: 3 settimane);
- La persona dovrà fare trasferte per circa il 50% del tempo complessivo (Italia, Europa, Extra UE, anche con limitato preavviso).
