Principali Responsabilità- È responsabile dello sviluppo del business in termini di brand, di prodotto e immagine aziendale, e il punto di riferimento per tutti i clienti sul territorio assegnato.
- Supporto nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi commerciali della regione / area di riferimento.
- Raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita in termini di profitto e fatturato, volume e mix di prodotti.
- Monitoraggio del mercato locale in termini di trend, concorrenza e clienti.
- Consolidamento e sviluppo di rapporti e partnership con clienti, opinion leader e stakeholder sul territorio, attraverso partecipazione ad eventi, fiere, convegni e, in generale, occasioni di network.
- Rafforzare e accrescere la brand reputation aziendale sul territorio.
- Aggiornare costantemente i propri responsabili sui risultati raggiunti attraverso la creazione di report e statistiche su base settimanale.
- Costante relazione con Odontoiatri, Tecnici di Laboratorio, Assistenti di Studi odontoiatrici.
- Il Territory Manager ideale è una persona fortemente orientata al cliente e ai risultati, che possiede grande spirito di iniziativa.
- È una persona affidabile, capace di relazioni efficaci, che con resilienza e disciplina riesce a raggiungere gli obiettivi propri e dell’azienda.
- Flessibilità e uno spiccato approccio al problem solving.
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione e relazionali.
- Pensiero e azione orientati al cliente e alle vendite: forte temperamento commerciale.
- Conoscenza di MS Office e familiarità con la gestione di profili social, soprattutto professionali.
- Richieste anche capacità di presentazione, formazione e influenza.
- Non è richiesto uno specifico background formativo, ma voglia di imparare e mettersi in gioco.
- Preferibile, ma non vincolante, aver maturato un’esperienza di almeno 2 anni nella vendita di prodotti tecnici e del settore odontoiatrico.
- Gradita residenza nell’area di competenza.
- Contratto a tempo indeterminato.
