Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Admin to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive office and requires a proactive and adaptable individual.
Responsibilities
- Manage schedules for the executive team, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Plan and execute local events, as well as collaborate with the marketing team on conference engagements, such as managing booth logistics
- Assist with recruiting coordination, including communicating with candidates and scheduling interviews
- Oversee office management, ensuring a well-maintained and efficient work environment
- Provide ad hoc support for marketing efforts as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Admin or similar role, with a proven track record of supporting high-level executives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- On-site presence in Venice CA, 4 days a week
