About the Role
The Retail Artist at Charlotte Tilbury is the heart of the magic in our stores and counters. You will be based in the store and responsible for fulfilling our mission to empower everyone to be the most beautiful version of themselves, so they have the confidence to realize their dreams. This is achieved by combining your artistic skills with exceptional product knowledge and a passion for creating lasting emotional connections. You believe that the product is accessible to everyone and can tailor your style to meet your customers' needs.

- You strictly follow the company's personal care standards, know what it means to look good, and are not afraid to show it.
- Ideally, a level 3 professional qualification in Beauty Therapy.
- Ideally, you have some experience as a Sales Advisor, preferably from a fast-paced beauty, retail, or consumer goods environment.
- You aspire to be part of a beauty brand that is revolutionizing its perception and continues to grow. You love everything about Charlotte Tilbury and are not afraid to spread the word.
- Ideally, you have experience in makeup application and know how to adapt your style to different customers with varying needs.
- You promote positivity and can think without limits to let your energy shine.
- You receive constructive feedback positively and can easily implement suggested actions.
- We offer a structured induction program, the Charlotte Magic Academy. This exclusive and tailored training course teaches you all aspects of the role you need to succeed in providing a red carpet experience to customers, with follow-up training provided during the first months of work. Focusing on artistic ability and commercial aspects, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of our service expectations and artistic skills.
