Make The DiffHERence Graduate Program al femminile



Sarai inserita in un percorso di onboarding strutturato e, supportata da formazione tecnica specialistica, verrai progressivamente inglobata in funzioni tecniche di staff a livello di Gruppo o nelle operations come, a titolo esemplificativo, nei Dipartimenti aziendali legati alla Tecnologia di processo, Automazione e Manutenzione industriale e nel Dipartimento ambientale.


L opportunità è dedicata a giovani laureate/laureande in materie ingegneristiche, o con massimo 3 anni di esperienza lavorativa.


Requisiti:

  • laurea triennale e/o magistrale in ingegneria meccanica, dei materiali, elettrica, chimica, gestionale, ambientale, civile, dell'energia, informatica, meccatronica, elettronica o dell'automazione; 
  • buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; 
  • attitudine all apprendimento continuo, in ambito tecnico e digitale.
  • Flessibilità e voglia di mettersi in gioco in un contesto aziendale dinamico e meritocratico.


Si offre contratto di assunzione diretto a tempo indeterminato.

Luogo di lavoro: l inserimento è previsto principalmente sulle sedi aziendali di Lonato (BS) o Calvisano (BS).
