Position Description
We are looking for a highly reliable hardworking Architectural Project Manager Intern who wants to show skills and knowledge acquired at university and brings them into the real world.
You will be working closely with the architecture team members to ensure that all project requirements deadlines and schedules are on track. You will contribute to executing architecturerelated tasks as well as setting goals planning giving directions and coordinating the Architecture Department as team leader.

The position is onsite full time and starting period is September October 2024

RequirementsResponsibilities of the Architectural Project Manager

Oversight of the project team
Work on multiple projects
Participation in the design process
Prepare reports and presentations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
Be in contact with project team members to identify and resolve issues
Assist the company in improving and optimising the efficiency of the properties as well as materials to be used.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and reported to the CEO
Development of schematic design design development and construction documents
Measurement of properties
Give ideas and feedback related to interior design
Review architectural drawings for local code compliance
Coordination of the project team s work
Monitor the progress of all construction phases
Build and maintain client and team members relations

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
Strong communication and design skills
Solid organizational and leadership skills
Detailoriented multitasker
Fluent in English
Proficient with Revit AutoCAD SketchUp and BIM360
Flexibility and Adaptability

Skills Clear and effective communication skills in English (written and verbal) + Italian skills are a plus. Eager to support us with ideas to improve our efficiency. Independent and organized worker. Sense of achievement and personal improvement. Eager to put into practice the acquired knowledge. Problem-solver, quick learner. Willing to work in a start-up. Good analytical skills. Sketching, digital imaging to enhance and manipulate concepts. Must know: Computer-Aided-Design (AutoCAD),3D design modelling tools (SketchUp, Rhino, etc). Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Architecture. A Master s degree is a plus. Ability to be proactive and work independently to drive projects to completion. Be ready to pick up this project - own it and champion it Resourceful and start-up mentality; ability to come up with creative solutions when confronted with challenges. Agile mindset and can-do attitude. What you ll be responsible for: Analyse/elaborate drawings of properties. Research materials and propose new solutions for the projects. Assist the company in improving and optimizing the efficiency of the properties as well as materials to be used. Help with the implementation of green energies.
