Position Description We are looking for a highly reliable, hard-working Architectural Project Manager Intern, who wants to show skills and knowledge acquired at university and bring them into the real world.
You will be working closely with the architecture team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. You will contribute to executing architecture-related tasks as well as setting goals, planning, giving directions, and coordinating the Architecture Department as team leader.
The internship is on-site and starts from January/February 2025. RequirementsResponsibilities of the Architectural Project Manager Oversight of the project teamWork on multiple projectsParticipation in the design processPrepare reports and presentations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elementsBe in contact with project team members to identify and resolve issuesAssist the company in improving and optimizing the efficiency of the properties as well as materials to be usedEnsure that all projects are delivered on time and reported to the CEODevelopment of schematic design, design development, and construction documentsMeasurement of propertiesGive ideas and feedback related to interior designReview architectural drawings for local code complianceCoordination of the project team's workMonitor the progress of all construction phasesBuild and maintain client and team members relationsRequirements Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experienceStrong communication and design skillsSolid organizational and leadership skillsDetail-oriented multitaskerFluent in EnglishProficient with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM360Flexibility and adaptabilityWhat we offer Opportunity to live on a beautiful Italian islandImplementation of your digital and organizational skillsKnowledge of management online business toolsImprovement of your skills with instant feedbackBeing part of a high-quality brandAdditional experience in your fieldLearn in a challenging and friendly work environmentOpportunity to learn about managing your own teamAs financial compensation, we participate in the Erasmus internship program.
