We are looking for a talented AI Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in building cutting-edge Generative AI (GenAI) solutions for the education sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement GenAI models for educational applications, such as personalized learning content generation, personalized mentoring, adaptive learning systems, and automated assessment tools.
  • Collaborate with educators, data scientists, and product managers to understand educational needs and translate them into technical requirements for GenAI solutions.
  • Develop and maintain efficient training pipelines for GenAI models, ensuring data quality and addressing potential biases.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of GenAI models, employing techniques like A/B testing and error analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in GenAI research and actively explore new applications for the education sector.
  • Document technical processes and provide clear communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the AI development workflow.

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience).

  • Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and programming languages (Python).
  • Familiarity with data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering techniques.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for education and a strong desire to leverage AI to improve learning outcomes.
