JOB TITLE: Naval architect Lead specialist in Hydrostatic

BUSINESS LINE: ENCAR

DEPARTMENT/FUNCTION: Naval Department

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: As Naval architect Lead specialist in Hydrostatic, you will join our Naval Department, in the business line ENCAR, conducting the following activities:

  • Lead hull hydrostatic activities on projects;
  • Interfaces with other NAVAL disciplines including construction team;
  • Develop knowledge of Naval Engineer competences in vessel hydrostatic;
  • Apply and improve technical skills, expertise, knowledge, procedures and tools as required for proposals and project execution;
  • Improve quality and efficiency in the naval engineering activity;
  • naval engineering and, more specifically, in vessel hydrostatic;
  • numerical techniques and softwares used in naval engineering such as FEM techniques, panel model based numerical, etc;
  • classification society rules (ABS, BV and/or DNV).

QUALIFICATION: Naval Architect – Hydrostatic & Hull structural design

KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: Fluent

LABOUR RELATIONSHIP: Permanent contract

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 10 years +

IT SKILLS: Offcice Suite

SOFT SKILLS:Motivation, Proactiveness, Communication

NICE TO HAVE: International mobility

LOCATION: Milan SAIPEM office.
