Lead the Charge in LendingAs a Product Manager in our burgeoning Lending Product vertical youll play a pivotal role in driving the product strategy and vision for innovative lending products. Youll collaboratewith a crossfunctional team leveraging your expertise to create solutions that empowerbusinesses and drive growth. This is an opportunity to be a leader in a dynamic space leveraging the power of our Core Lending Suite to make a lasting impact.
Your Role
  • Product Leadership: Define the strategy roadmap and vision for specific lending products aligning with company Fintechs overall goals.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering design implementation business development and other stakeholders to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Customer Advocacy: Deeply understand the needs and pain points of our lending customers translating their insights into actionable product requirements.
  • DataDriven Decision Making: Analyze product metrics user feedback and market trends to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor team members fostering a culture of collaboration learning and growth.

Your Profile
  • Strategic Thinker: You possess a strong strategic mindset able to envision the future and create a roadmap to get there.
  • CustomerCentric: Youre passionate about understanding customer needs and building products that truly solve their problems.
  • DataDriven: Youre comfortable with data and use it to make informed decisions and measure success.
  • Strong Communicator: You can effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences fostering alignment and building consensus.
  • 45 years of experience in product management with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience / Expertise in Lending understanding the unique needs and challenges of this market.
  • Masters degree (MBA or similar) a plus. Bachelors degree required (Computer Science Engineering Commerce or similar preferred)
