What you will do:

  • Work closely with the Product team to drive growth by analysing and optimising virality loops LTV referral programs and other growthoriented campaigns in the app.
  • Work in a crossfunctional team which includes a Product manager Engineers Designers QA.
  • Be a part of working on new and existing features aimed at bringing in more users and keeping them in the app for longer
  • Combine data engineering statistical analysis and data visualization skills to generate insights and find opportunities for product development
  • Define metrics and KPIs relevant to the product objectives and analyse the factors that influence these metrics
  • Design conduct and analyze A/B tests with the recommendations.

What we expect from you

  • Advanced SQL (window functions subqueries) and Python (pandas numpy sklearn)
  • Ability to write productionready code (docker git airflow)
  • Knowledge and experience of statistical methods
  • Productoriented mindset
  • Strong attention to detail ownership and proactive mindset
  • Excellent Englishspeaking skills to communicate effectively within the team
  • Mastery of balancing between selfmanagement and dynamic teamwork
  • ML experience will be an advantage
