Overview:BizVidya is an edtech startup focused on delivering industryaligned shortterm courses and holistic skillbased programs. We are looking for an experienced FullStack Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering a comprehensive fullstack development course covering both frontend and backend technologies.
Key Responsibilities:Course Development:
  • Design and develop course materials that cover the fullstack development lifecycle including:
  • Frontend Development: HTML CSS JavaScript React Angular or Vue.js
  • Backend Development: Node.js Python Ruby or PHP
  • Database Management: SQL NoSQL MongoDB PostgreSQL
  • Version Control: Git and GitHub
  • Deployment and DevOps: Docker CI/CD cloud services
  • Ensure that the course content is uptodate industryrelevant and aligned with learning outcomes.
Content Delivery:
  • Conduct online training sessions or create prerecorded video modules.
  • Provide handson coding exercises and projects that reinforce the learning objectives.
  • Offer oneonone mentorship and support to students as needed.
Assessment and Feedback:
  • Develop quizzes assignments and coding challenges to assess student progress.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students on their performance and areas for improvement.
  • Adjust course content and teaching methods based on student feedback and learning progress.
Course Management:
  • Collaborate with the curriculum development team to integrate feedback and enhance course quality.
  • Continuously update and improve the course material to reflect new technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in fullstack development with expertise in both frontend and backend technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages and frameworks relevant to fullstack development.
  • Experience in teaching training or mentoring developers with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
  • Previous experience in online teaching or content creation.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online teaching tools.
