Position: Freelance Trainer
Location: Remote
Overview: BizVidya is developing a Cognitive Learning Course aimed at enhancing basic aptitude and reasoning skills including verbal and numerical reasoning. We are seeking a Freelance Trainer to develop and deliver engaging content for this course.
Responsibilities:
- Course Development:
- Design and develop course materials focusing on:
- Verbal Reasoning:
- Synonyms and Antonyms
- Analogies
- Sentence Completion
- Reading Comprehension
- Numerical Reasoning:
- Arithmetic
- Number Series
- Word Problems
- Ensure content aligns with course objectives and enhances learning outcomes.
- Content Delivery:
- Conduct online sessions or create prerecorded videos/modules for each topic.
- Deliver interactive and engaging sessions to enhance student understanding and retention.
- Assessment and Feedback:
- Develop quizzes assignments or assessments to evaluate student progress.
- Provide timely feedback and guidance to students to facilitate learning.
- Course Management:
- Coordinate with the curriculum team to integrate feedback and improvements.
- Update course content as needed based on student performance and feedback.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in teaching or training in cognitive skills development particularly in verbal and numerical reasoning.
- Strong command over the topics mentioned with the ability to simplify complex concepts for learners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in developing instructional materials or educational content is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Education Psychology or a related field.
- Familiarity with online teaching tools and learning management systems (LMS).
- Previous experience in creating online courses or educational content.
Duration and Commitment:
- This is a freelance position with flexible hours based on course development and session scheduling.
- Initial contract duration and compensation to be discussed based on experience and scope of work.
