Il ruolo sarà basato a Milano.
Nella nostra agenzia di reclutamento e formazione lavoriamo con diverse aziende dei settori Luxury, Premium e High Premium in tutta Europa, dove abbiamo uffici in località strategiche come Barcellona, Madrid, Parigi, Milano, Amsterdam, Lisbona e Monaco.
Responsabilità Principali del/La Logistics Coordinator:- Organizzazione e gestione delle spedizioni
- Preparazione e stampa documentazioni come bolle di accompagnamento, DDT, packing list, lettera di vettura
- Inserimento a gestionale degli ordini cliente
- Rapporti e gestione spedizioni da/a fornitori
- Data entry e gestione archivio cartaceo export / import
- Inventario materiali in magazzino
- Monitorare e sbloccare le spedizioni in export / import
- Monitorare lo stato di avanzamento delle spedizioni
- Comunicazione ed interfaccia con le compagnie aeree e di trasporto su strada per garantire ritiro e consegna rapida delle spedizioni
- Supporto all’ E-commerce tramite utilizzo del gestionale interno (creazione documenti di trasporto, creazione fatture, ecc.)
- Precedente esperienza nella mansione di almeno 3 anni nel settore logistica/spedizioni
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto office (in particolare Excel)
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Preferibile conoscenza delle piattaforme e-commerce (shopify, wix, bigcommerce)
- Precisione, flessibilità, ottime competenze analitiche e comunicative
- Contratto a tempo indeterminato con inquadramento commisurato all'esperienza
- €200 buoni pasto mensili
- Orario di lavoro: Lunedi / Venerdi 9:00 - 18:00
