Il team Explora della società Adecco Italia spa, per una scale-up fintech di stampo francese, cerca una risorsa da inserire come CUSTOMER SUCCESS JUNIOR (L. 68/99).
Responsabilità
La risorsa che ricerchiamo verrà introdotta all’interno di un team di risorse, la cui mansione consiste nel dare supporto ai clienti in diversi momenti, come: acquisizione software e formazione sui tool con una gestione attiva di un portafoglio cliente dedicato, supporto ed assistenza durante il processo di utilizzo dei tool e migrazione dei dati, tramite telefono, mail o chat.
Skill e Professionalità
La risorsa che ricerchiamo dovrà appartenere alle categorie protette (L. 68/99) ed essere iscritto alle liste di Collocamento Mirato.
Si richiede un percorso di Laurea in Economia ed una conoscenza del PC e del Pacchetto Office, con focus su Excel. La conoscenza di programmi web di comunicazione, come Python, verrà considerato un plus. Verrà valutata invece la conoscenza della lingua inglese in fase di colloquio.
Lo sviluppo di relazioni interne ed esterne, con la prospettiva di fidelizzare clienti nuovi e mantenere quelli già all’interno del portafoglio clienti, oltre all’apportare il proprio know-how ed idee, per migliorare le prestazioni del team, verrà valutata in fase di selezione.
Non dovrà mancare il rigore, l’organizzazione e l’entusiasmo, che andranno a completare, con buone capacità relazionali, le caratteristiche ricercate nella figura.

E’ previsto un inserimento diretto in azienda con contratto indeterminato.

ORARIO DI LAVORO:
Da lunedì a venerdì con orario 09:00 – 18:00. E’ prevista una giornata di smart working a settimana.
