We are looking for Italian Speaking Content Moderators and Customer Support Specialists to work for our client in Lisbon, Portugal (Relocation Package included)

Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for language and a flair for maintaining online communities? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the team as an Italian Speaker Content Moderator in the vibrant city of Lisbon. Your Responsibilities:

  • Flexibility: Embrace a flexible schedule covering various shifts to guarantee continuous monitoring and moderation of Italian media content.
  • Proactive Issue Resolution: Identify and address potential content-related issues promptly, contributing to a positive and safe online environment.
  • Collaborative Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to report trends, share insights, and contribute to the improvement of moderation processes.

Qualifications:

  • High level of required language: Italian (Native C2 level)
  • B2 or above English is acceptable
  • High level of resilience to sensitive content
  • High level of capacity to keep up with client updates regarding workflows/policies (fast learner)
