In qualità di Product Owner entrerai a far parte del team di Software and Data Engineering e sarai responsabile della definizione dei requisiti del cliente e della gestione del Product Backlog.

In qualità di Product Owner ti occuperai di:

  • Collaborare con gli stakeholder interni ed esterni per comprendere le esigenze del cliente e tradurle in requisiti di prodotto
  • Ordinare gli elementi del backlog per raggiungere al meglio gli obiettivi
  • Assicurare che il Product Backlog sia visibile, trasparente e chiaro per tutti, e mostri su cosa lavorerà in seguito il team
  • Collaborare con il team di sviluppo per determinare le priorità delle funzionalità e gestire il backlog del prodotto
  • Lavorare a stretto contatto con il team di sviluppo durante tutto il ciclo di sviluppo del prodotto
  • Fornire orientamenti e rispondere alle domande del team di sviluppo, garantendo un'adeguata comprensione dei requisiti e delle funzionalità del prodotto
  • Monitorare e comunicare lo stato del progetto, le sfide e i progressi agli stakeholder interessati

Requisiti

Must have

  • Precedente esperienza di 3/4 anni come Product Owner
  • Buona conoscenza delle metodologie Waterfall e Agile nell’ambito della gestione dei progetti
  • Esperienza in gestione progetti con ottime capacità analitiche e di pianificazione
  • Esperienza di lavoro con metodologie agile come TDD, Scrum, Kanban
  • Ottima capacità di analisi processo/dati e di produzione della relativa documentazione funzionale
  • Esperienza nell'utilizzo di strumenti di gestione dei progetti agile (Jira)
  • Esperienza comprovata come Product Owner o in un ruolo simile, preferibilmente nel settore delle applicazioni mobili

Nice to have

  • Laurea in informatica/ingegneria/discipline scientifiche
  • Certificazione metodologia Agile
  • Competenze e esperienza nell’ambito dei sistemi di gestione di basi di dati (SQL/NoSQL)
  • Conoscenza dei modelli architetturali di soluzione web based e applicazioni mobile
