For our Talent Acquisition team, we are looking for a Recruiter who can join an exciting working environment in a dynamic and international atmosphere.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Work with Talent Acquisition Team to source, select and hire qualified candidates to fill vacant positions
  2. Cover all the Italian territory in recruiting profiles operating in the Life Science field
  3. Review applications and conduct interviews to obtain information regarding applicant's work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements
  4. Create and coordinate job advertising in various media
  5. Keep updated on market trends and demands impacting the company’s ability to attract competitive candidates.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Humanities (Communication Science, Psychology, Educational Sciences, or similar)
  2. Previous experience (internship) as a Recruiter/HR generalist in agencies or head-hunting organizations will be considered a plus
  3. Strong interest and curiosity regarding the pharmaceutical world and its professional roles
  4. Sound knowledge of legislation in the recruiting process
  5. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  6. Knowledge of ATS systems (Workday, Taleo etc) will be considered a plus
  7. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  8. Strong attention to details
  9. Good problem-solving, judgment and decision-making skills
  10. Good understanding and awareness of the commercial environment and market trends
  11. Good customer service skills
  12. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and plan routine activities
  13. Fluent English knowledge
