Come Associate Art Director di Caffeina ricoprirai un ruolo di grande importanza perché esprimerai la qualità e la creatività dei visual che ci contraddistinguono, applicandole ai progetti di marketing e di comunicazione che seguiamo per i nostri clienti.

Sarai completamente immerso nei progetti di agenzia lavorando in coppia con un Associate Copywriter sia per i clienti attualmente presenti, che per conquistarne dei nuovi.

Questa posizione ti metterà a contatto con i valori di un brand, e ti sfiderà nell’interpretarne la visione, i valori e i prodotti per tradurli in comunicazione digitale.

La nostra visione del Digital Marketing esula da quella che lo confina a un mondo “virtuale”. Parliamo invece del mondo reale: il digitale è vicino alle persone, non resta confinato a un mondo con regole del tutto diverse.

Your responsibilities
  • Proponi concept e content strategy per gare e progetti, in collaborazione con il Copywriter.
  • Implementi la content strategy dei progetti seguiti.
  • Analizzi benchmark di content strategy per gare e progetti speciali, in collaborazione con il Copywriter.
  • Sviluppi copy coerenti con il brief del Cliente.
  • Ti interfacci con gli Account Manager per sviluppare e mantenere la comprensione dei brief e degli obiettivi del Cliente.
  • Ti prendi cura del lavoro dal concept all’execution finale.
  • Ti mantieni all’avanguardia sui trend creativi e proponi best practice.
  • Mantieni un ruolo di punto di riferimento creativo nei confronti del team.
  • Ti relazioni con i team delle varie aree aziendali per ottimizzare la customer experience e garantire brand consistency.
  • Assicuri la qualità del tuo lavoro.
  • Assicuri il rispetto delle stime, dei tempi di lavorazione e delle deadline approvati dal proprio Coordinator.
  • Recepisci i feedback del proprio Coordinator e sviluppi soluzioni conseguenti.
  • Segnali tempestivamente criticità ed opportunità legate al tuo lavoro.
  • Ti mantieni all’avanguardia sugli ultimi sviluppi di tecnologie, mercato e trend digitali.
Who you are
  • Esperienza di almeno 2 anni come Associate Art Director in Digital Agency.
  • Livello di Istruzione al grado di Laurea.
  • Capacità di lavorare in team.
  • Capacità di comprendere e implementare i feedback del cliente.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
  • Intraprendenza, umiltà, tenacia, creatività e precisione.
  • Passione per il digitale, conoscenza delle migliori prassi e soluzioni, interesse per i trend emergenti.
  • Capacità di coordinare progetti e gare.
  • Capacità di eseguire analisi di mercato e brand utili a proporre idee e progetti orientati al risultato.
  • Time management, capacità di definire le priorità e organizzazione.
