We are looking for
- 10 years of experience in Banca Corrispondente activity, operating in an international context: This means the candidate should have more than 10 years of experience working in correspondent banking activities. Correspondent banking involves providing services to another bank or financial institution, often in another country. This experience should involve dealing with international transactions, understanding global financial regulations, and managing relationships with foreign banks or institutions.
- Experience in outsourcing processes: The candidate should have experience in managing and overseeing outsourcing processes. This includes identifying tasks that can be outsourced, selecting and managing third-party providers, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of outsourced work. It also involves understanding the legal and contractual aspects of outsourcing.
- Project Management: The candidate should have skills in planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner and within budget. This includes defining project scopes, developing project plans, coordinating team members and resources, tracking project progress, and delivering results.
- Experienced in Risk assessment: The candidate should have experience in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks. This involves conducting risk assessments to understand potential threats and vulnerabilities, developing risk management strategies, and implementing measures to manage and reduce risks.
- Excellent English: written and spoken: The candidate should have excellent proficiency in English, both in written and spoken forms. This is crucial for effective communication within an international context, as English is often used as the common language in global business settings.
Your role in the team
The primary purpose of the Contractor Control role is to ensure optimal operational efficiency and performance at Allfunds. This is achieved by monitoring and defining key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring corrective actions are taken when necessary, and optimizing interactions between Allfunds Bank (AFB) and outsourcers. The role also involves supporting outsourcers in adjusting their processes to the FAST-Blockchain platform, contributing to the revision of existing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and producing consolidated KPI reports for local/global Chief Operating Officers (C.O.O.) and risk functions.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor Existing KPIs: Regularly track and analyze the performance of existing KPIs to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Define Additional KPIs: Identify the need for and define additional KPIs to further enhance performance monitoring and decision-making.
- Ensure Corrective Actions: Work closely with outsourcers and AFB to ensure that necessary corrective actions are taken promptly when performance deviates from set standards.
- Optimize Interactions: Facilitate and optimize interactions between AFB and outsourcers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Support Process Adjustments: Provide necessary support to outsourcers in adjusting their processes to align with the FAST-Blockchain platform.
- Revise Existing SLAs: Contribute to the revision of existing SLAs to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
- Produce Consolidated KPI Reports: Regularly produce and present consolidated KPI reports to local/global C.O.O. and risk functions to aid strategic decision-making.
- Enrich Transfers Activity Metrics: Produce and enrich Transfers activity metrics, and perform reporting to AFB management to provide insights into operational performance.
