The Service Center is looking for a Service Center Manager for the Monza site.

What about the job

In your role, you will:

  • Be the line manager for all the workshop engineers
  • Align the external suppliers’ schedules with the internal schedules to guarantee on-time delivery
  • Define and implement lean continuous process improvement (the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification would be greatly valued)
  • Oversee the preparation and updating of the Service Center procedures
  • Optimize production costs
  • Visit our customers if needed
  • Oversee people safety as foreseen by applicable laws
  • Get in touch with the other Service Centers, Sales Divisions, and Alfa Laval Headquarters
  • Define the short and long term of incoming jobs
What you know

You have:

  • A degree
  • A good command of written and spoken English
  • Previous work experience in the manufacturing area or workshop
