Every day.The Service Center is looking for a Service Center Manager for the Monza site.Who you areWe are looking for a person with:Creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsOpen-mindednessCommunication capabilitiesAbility to build and maintain relationshipsTechnical orientationStrategic perspectiveProcedures orientationWhat about the jobIn your role you will:Be the line Manager for all the workshop EngineersAlign the external suppliers’ schedules with the internal schedules to guarantee on-time deliveryDefine and implement lean continuous process improvement (the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification would be greatly valued)Oversee the preparation and updating of the Service Center proceduresOptimize production costsVisit our customers if neededOversee people safety as foreseen by applicable lawsGet in touch with other Service Centers, Sales Divisions, and the Alfa Laval HeadquartersDefine the short and long term of incoming jobsWhat you knowYou have:A DegreeA good command of written and spoken EnglishPrevious work experience in the Manufacturing area or workshop#J-18808-Ljbffr
