Adecco is hiring for a Cernusco s/N based company an HR GENERALIST.
The candidate must have the following requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in HR Generalist role or similar roles.
- C1 level of English proficiency.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365.
Main responsibilities include:
- Provide a full range of HR support and program implementation activities across businesses and functions.
- Act as a consultant in the processes of talent acquisition, change management, and workforce planning.
- Implement policies of employee engagement and relations strategy.
- Consult with managers and other stakeholders on employee relations issues.
- Follow established guidelines and interpret policies.
What we offer:
- Initial short-term contract with the possibility of continuation.
- Salary based on Italian CCNL Commercio confcommercio.
- Hybrid 2-3 days per week.

Disponibilità oraria: Full Time.
