About the job

The Strategic Large Accounts and Customer Intelligence Consulting team is hiring an Implementation Project Manager.

As a Project Manager, you will:

Serve as customer liaison on projects to assure success throughout the entire customer life cycle. Interact with clients/customers, staff, Group Managers, and applicable departments at SAS. Leverage domain and industry expertise. Understand the sales cycle and the concept of business solution selling.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assumes fiscal responsibility for the projects, including managing budget, expense management, timely invoicing, receivables tracking, and monitoring/managing subcontractor expenses.
  • Identifies, documents, and escalates any performance issues and skills deficiencies of members of the project team to the appropriate management team.
  • Assists in the response to RFIs and RFPs, utilizing the RFP Repository and coordinating the consulting resources that are providing the technical information.

  • Excellent critical thinking skills with a demonstrated history of making good decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable communicating with people in public forums to deliver presentations, workshops, webinars, videos, and other relevant content.
  • Possess results-oriented business acumen, strategic planning, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to give attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines.

Required qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
  • Project management experience in a software development organization.
  • Fluent in Italian, English, and Romanian is required.
  • An equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
