Key Responsibilities:

You'll take the lead in sourcing and connecting with top-notch candidates across Europe and North America using cutting-edge tools, social media platforms, and your networking skills.
  2. End-to-End Talent Journey: From the moment a candidate enters our orbit, you'll be their trusted guide. You'll own the entire recruitment process, from crafting irresistible job postings to conducting interviews. Be the driving force behind delivering an unforgettable candidate experience at every touchpoint.

Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Experience rocking the world of talent acquisition, ideally in a buzzing multinational environment recruiting for technical roles.
  3. Ninja-level knowledge of recruitment best practices, including cutting-edge sourcing techniques.
  4. Tech-savvy with experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  5. Stellar communication skills that make even emojis envious, enabling you to build genuine connections with candidates and hiring managers.
  6. Multitasking magician with exceptional organizational skills and an eagle eye for details.
  7. Results-oriented mindset with a knack for smashing targets and meeting tight deadlines.
  8. Fluent in English, with bonus points for speaking other languages.
