Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Talent Acquisition Role:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a multinational environment recruiting technical roles.
  • Proficiency in recruitment best practices, including cutting-edge sourcing techniques.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling genuine connections with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Multitasking magician with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a knack for meeting tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
