All’interno della divisione Pubblica Amministrazione e Sanità nell’area di mercato Sanità, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Healthcare Application Operations che si occuperà di gestire il delivery delle Soluzioni Amministrativo-contabili (AMC) su progetti specifici e di monitorare le attività tecniche a supporto della realizzazione delle nuove soluzioni Engineering in ambito sanitario.

Quali saranno le tue attività e responsabilità?

  • Raccogliere, analizzare e formalizzare i requisiti funzionali.
  • Gestire la Parametrizzazione / Configurazione del sistema presso i clienti.
  • Svolgere attività di test della soluzione rilasciata.
  • Occuparsi del Supporto utenti nelle attività di go-live post avvio.
  • Supportare il team di delivery durante le fasi di assessment.
  • Collaborare e coordinarsi con le altre strutture interne alla Divisione (Centri di Sviluppo Software e Competence Center).

Qualifiche e competenze richieste:

  • Esperienza in progetti di gestione Amministrativo-contabile in ambito Sanità e Pubblica Amministrazione Enti Locali.
  • Esperienza di almeno 2 anni in ambito di progetti ERP e/o gestionali con competenze di analisi funzionali dei requisiti cliente e parametrizzazione del sistema.
  • Conoscenza dei principali standard contabili e di processo in ambito contabilità, logistica, acquisti, patrimonio.
  • Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionale.
