Your role:
Within thedesignated area (South Italy) perform installation, configuration, repairs, andtraining on assigned hardware and software products (Automation and ClinicalChemistry/Immunoassay/Specialties) Ensurecomplete execution of all preventive maintenance on the assigned assets. Work withProject Management and Application Specialist in order to successfullyimplement complex solutions. Work withlocal Customer Service team to delight Customers. Report allactivities into the ERP system in order to satisfy Complaint Handling processes. Interact withthe Technical Solution Center and Regional Support Center to ensure properresolution of the issues.Your expertise:
Degree inmechanical, electronic, or biomedical engineering or equivalent workingexperience in customer service environments Goodknowledge of in-vitro diagnostic Market Knowledge ofMS ambient, networking and IT Hardware Willingnessto travel within the assigned area and across Italy as needed. Previousexperience in Customer facing roles. Team workingattitude, proactive and able to take self-initiatives. Communicationskills – make complex issues easy to understand. Analyticalthinking Fluent inenglish (written and verbally) CarLicense Resident inBari area. Who we are:
