We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team in Roma. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information and support to customers
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Requirements:
