Offerta- Monitor and verify project milestones execution for the developed systems/SW.
- Monitor, on all projects under development, System/SW development process through definition, updating and monitoring of System/SW Quality Assurance Plan.
- Monitor System/SW development process through Quality Gate application.
- Monitor the state of Integration and Validation Plans defined both at System and SW level for the final SW release.
- Support continuous improvement of System/SW product through the execution of review on main project work products and lesson learnt activities participation.
- Support continuous improvement of System/SW development process through internal assessments, process indicator analysis and process improvement plan.
- Participate in preparation and execution of external assessments done by customers or certification companies.
- Maintain and update work methods and reference procedures of SW Quality Assurance Group.
- Support the definition and update of work methods and reference procedures of the standard development Process Description.
- Support the execution of system FTA and system/SW FMEA.
- Perform training for the standard development process diffusion and for Quality assurance colleagues.
- Provide methodological support to colleagues.
- Laurea in ingegneria elettronica, informatica, scienza dell'informazione o equivalente.
- Assessor ASPICE.
- Assessor IATF di prodotti con software real-time embedded integrato.
- Pregressa esperienza nel ruolo in aziende di medie/grandi dimensioni del settore elettronico/automotive.
- Buona conoscenza dello standard ASPICE ed esperienza di applicazione ad un processo di sviluppo software automotive completo.
- Buona conoscenza dello standard ISO26262 ed esperienza di applicazione ad un processo di sviluppo software automotive completo.
- Esperienza nella costruzione di un Piano di Qualità SW.
- Esperienza nel monitoraggio di un progetto di sviluppo software ASPICE compliant.
- Esperienza nella costruzione e nel monitoraggio di Piani di miglioramento del processo di sviluppo software sia applicati al miglioramento del processo aziendale che alla conformità degli specifici progetti in sviluppo.
- Esperienza nella definizione di KPI di monitoraggio dei singoli processi software.
- Conoscenza di base di alcune delle principali tecnologie software applicate ad uno sviluppo ASPICE per poter supportare le reviews dei principali work products.
- Conoscenza di base di alcuni dei principali core tools automotive:
- FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis).
- FTA (Fault Tree Analysis).
- Conoscenza delle principali tecniche di problem solving (8D, Ishikawa, 5W).
- Conoscenza metodologia FMEA VDA-AIAG.
- Gradita conoscenza di base degli standard:
- ISO27001/TISAX.
- IATF.
- VDA 6.3.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
