Automotive Parts Field Consultant North East Italy

As a Spare Parts Field Consultant, you will actively contribute to the development of the customer's automotive manufacturer parts business, putting in place all necessary actions that are consistent with strategic objectives within the geographic area of responsibility. You will be responsible for ensuring synergy between the dealer and authorized network. This means that you will be visiting the program’s participants in North-East Italy.
What will you do on a daily basis
- Implement commercial policies and loyalty recovery plans.
- Support the commercial and organizational development of dealer and subdealer networks.
- Define and share the action plan with the assigned program's participants to get their commitment on the strategy.
- Verify and collect spare parts orders; visit dealer and subdealer networks in full compliance with the defined KPIs.
- Carry out prospecting activities for new adherents, identifying potential new structures.
- Support central and local marketing campaigns and manage their implementation.
- Conduct coaching activities on all available products.
Who are you?
- Approx. 1 to 3 years of experience in Automotive commercial activities.
- Knowledge of the Automotive spare parts business.
- Stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Fluency in Italian is a must; English knowledge is appreciated.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
- Experience gained in the Agricultural/Truck industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree is considered a plus.
Working Pattern
Field in the assigned area (North-East Italy); 40 hours per week.
