Customer Service Specialist - Cobrax buttons - Temporary
Temporary position.
In this role you will be responsible for order management from sales order entry to delivery and invoice dispatch.
Your Responsibilities
Responsible for order management from sales order entry to delivery and invoice dispatch Handle customer enquiries (pricing, stock availability, delays, short shipments, etc.) and specific customer requests Manage customer claims such as picking errors, damaged goods or pricing discrepancies Daily contact with the production department concerning the production and delivery timeline information Daily contact with the R&D department concerning the Product Customization Daily contact with the Quality department concerning damaged goods claims Coordination of deliveries in collaboration with the logistics departmentYour Profile
Commercial education At least 2 years’ experience in customer service within an international company Experience in the Fashion/Luxury Customer service dpt. is a plus Fluency in English is mandatory. Good knowledge of French is required Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong customer orientated personality Knowledge of AS400 is preferableAbout Oerlikon
