Job Description

This great growing group is looking for a Cluster Human Resources Manager / Director for the hotels in the Italian region, reporting to the director of operations and board of directors. The role includes the following responsibilities:

  1. Coordination of a team currently composed of 2 other resources.
  2. Management and monitoring of personnel costs starting with the definition of the corporate budget for each hotel in the Group.
  3. Development and implementation of personnel management, development and incentive policies (welfare, compensation & benefits, incentive plans, training plans, etc.).
  4. Supervision of the payroll cycle and administrative processes.
  5. Management of outstanding contracts and labor relations.
  6. Care and development of employee relations at the cross-departmental level (Directors, Managers, Operating Departments).
  7. Support for departmental Managers in achieving the objectives set in the budget phase.
  8. Participation and coordination of recruiting activities.
  9. Verifying and complying with legal requirements regarding occupational safety and additional legal obligations.
  10. Promotion of a corporate culture based on collaboration, empathy, and the enhancement of resources on a meritocratic basis.
  11. Development and maintenance of relationships with ApL and professional partners.
  12. Organization and development of Employee Experience and Employee Retention activities.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in the role of at least 5-10 years in luxury hotels, preferably in international settings.
  2. Education in business, law, or psychology subjects.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Excellent command of the English and Italian language.
  5. Coaching skills acquired through professional training and developed in structured business settings are appreciated.
  6. Care and attention to detail.
  7. Passion for the hospitality and luxury world.
  8. Hold a EU passport.
