  4. L'italiano è la lingua principale utilizzata nel nostro hotel. Devi dimostrare di poter comunicare efficacemente in questa lingua. Inoltre, è necessario avere un’ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
  5. Costituisce requisito fondamentale una buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office, soprattutto Excel e PowerPoint.
  6. Ottima attitudine all’ascolto, empatia, proattività nella risoluzione di eventi improvvisi e predisposizione a muoversi in un ambiente estremamente veloce e dinamico.
