HR Business Partner

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with the HR team and growing in HR expertise in a multinational environment.
You will be part of the business unit HR team reporting directly to the Sr HRBP.
Your Responsibilities- Acts as a strategic partner to the business unit, providing guidance and support in all HR-related matters.
- Leads and supervises local HR activities.
- Collaborates with the HR team to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's objectives.
- Be a sparring partner for the team.
- Supports organizational change initiatives.
- Monitors and analyzes HR metrics to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborates with HR colleagues across different business units and functions to share best practices and ensure consistency in HR processes and policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, preferably within international companies with a matrix organization.
- Solid experience in EPCI companies.
- Used to working in a matrix organization and ability to move in an international environment and balance different stakeholders.
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, labor relations, and legal regulations in Italy.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
- Team player.
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
