Fluency in English and Italian is essential.The position serves as the operational hub for events and as a key partner to the Director of Marketing & Communications—helping plan and deliver high-profile events, manage guests and VIPs, coordinate vendors, produce event materials, and contribute to digital content, social media, and broader outreach efforts.Key Responsibilities: • Plan and coordinate a busy annual calendar of events and speaker engagements • Oversee logistics, guest management, budgets, vendors, and student staff • Create or coordinate event materials (programs, posters, signage, digital assets) • Support social media, newsletters, web content, and multimedia storytelling • Assist with press outreach and brand-aligned communicationsApplication deadline: November 28, 2025.Inquiries and application materials (CV + cover letter) should be sent to sais.eu.pubaffairs@jhu.edu.
