Dipartimento: Vendite/Supporto Tecnico

Riporta a: Customer Service Manager

Relazioni interfunzionali esterne: Clienti Partner Tecnologici Fornitori

Ruolo del Field Application:

Il Field Application responsabile della gestione e del supporto tecnico dei prodotti dellazienda presso i clienti. Questo ruolo richiede una stretta collaborazione con i team di vendita per garantire che i prodotti soddisfino le esigenze dei clienti.

Responsibilit:

  • Fornire supporto tecnico ai clienti per i prodotti dellazienda
  • Collaborare con il team di vendita per identificare le opportunit di vendita
  • Formare i clienti sulluso dei prodotti
  • Raccogliere feedback dai clienti e condividerlo con i team di Ricerca e Sviluppo e Produzione
  • Gestire le relazioni con i clienti e risolvere eventuali problemi che possono sorgere
  • Mantenere aggiornata la conoscenza dei prodotti e delle tecnologie dellazienda

Requisiti:

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Elettronica o campo correlato
  • Esperienza precedente in un ruolo di supporto tecnico o vendite
  • Conoscenza dei prodotti elettronici integrati e semiconduttori
  • Capacit di viaggiare per visitare i clienti
  • Esperienza nella gestione delle relazioni con i clienti
  • Familiarit con le normative e gli standard del settore

Competenze chiave:

  • Eccellenti capacit di comunicazione e presentazione
  • Forti competenze tecniche e capacit di risolvere problemi
  • Capacit di lavorare in modo efficace sia in modo indipendente che come parte di un team
  • Orientamento al cliente e capacit di gestire le relazioni con i clienti
