Admin CoordinatorCOME TO BUILD THE BUSINESS OF THE FUTUREWe are looking for Admin Coordinator based in Peschiera Borromeo.If you are a motivated, organized individual seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we’re looking for you.In this Admin Coordinator role, reporting directly to the site manager and managing a team of 4 people, you will:Deal with customers and the warehouse supervisor for daily activities and extraordinary activities;Verify fulfillment in compliance with assigned deadlines;Extract data from management systems and obtain KPIs to share internally and with customers after analysis;Extract monthly data, reconcile with customers, and handle internal input for reporting and/or invoicing;Share monthly P&L results with the Site Manager;Manage internal and external audits, and promote initiatives aimed at infrastructure improvement;The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:Strong experience in a similar role in a Logistics Company;Skilled with the Office Suite, particularly Excel;Good knowledge of English;Analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines;Team worker;Ability to manage and motivate a team;Customer-oriented attitude: able to build successful relationships with clients;Good organizational and planning skills;#J-18808-Ljbffr
