Il tuo impatto Per lo stabilimento di Ravenna, ricerchiamo un Responsabile di Manutenzione che garantisca l’efficienza e l’affidabilità degli asset Impianti produttivi e degli asset ad essi collegati con riferimento a tutti gli aspetti della manutenzione: meccanica, elettrica ed elettronica Le tue responsabilità Garantire disponibilità/affidabilità degli impianti, prevenendo fermi e riducendo i tempi di ripristino; Pianificare e supervisionare manutenzioni (ordinaria/straordinaria/predittiva) e fermate, nel rispetto di tempi, standard e sicurezza; Coordinare personale interno e fornitori/contractor: priorità, turni e qualità dell’esecuzione. Gestire processi e performance: procedure/istruzioni, formazione, KPI (disponibilità, MTBF/MTTR), reportistica, documentazione e software di manutenzione; Supportare Acquisti/Magazzino: capitolati e contratti, gestione ricambi (fabbisogni, scorte minime, lead time) e condivisione best practice tra sedi. DEVUP SEARCH La ricerca è rivolta a persone con: Laurea oppure diploma in ambito tecnico; Almeno 5–7 anni di esperienza in ruoli di responsabilità manutentiva, preferibilmente nel settore chimico, petrolchimico o Oil&Gas; Conoscenza approfondita di impianti industriali; Capacità di interpretare disegni tecnici e conoscenza dei principali software e strumenti per la pianificazione delle manutenzioni/progetti; Conoscenza delle normative di sicurezza (D.Lgs. 81/08) e delle metodologie Lean maintenance.
